By downloading and using the SMS Viking application, users automatically consent to receive marketing material, including but not limited to notifications, emails, and messages, regarding new features, updates, and versions of the application.
Users understand that this marketing material may be sent to the email address or phone number associated with their SMS Viking account.
Users have the option to opt-out of receiving such marketing material by contacting our support department. However, users acknowledge that important information regarding the application may still be communicated through these channels, and opting out may result in missing critical updates or announcements.
Users are responsible for creating and maintaining their accounts. It is crucial for users to keep their account information confidential and secure to prevent unauthorized access.
Users will be compensated for their sold SMS messages according to the rates and conditions specified within the SMS Viking app. The details regarding compensation, including the specific rates and conditions, will be clearly communicated to all users.
Additionally, a minimum balance of 25 euros must be accumulated in a user’s account before any withdrawal can be initiated. This threshold ensures a streamlined process for both the user and the platform in managing financial transactions.
Payment methods available for withdrawing the accumulated balance and the associated timelines for such transactions will be specified within the app. Users are encouraged to familiarize themselves with these methods and any potential processing times or fees involved.
User data will be collected, used, and protected as outlined in the Viking SMS Privacy Policy. Users have rights regarding their personal information, which are detailed in the Privacy Policy.
All content on the Viking SMS website and within the app, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Viking SMS or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws.
SMS Viking shall not be liable for any user's breach of terms and conditions with their respective mobile operator.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the SMS Viking application complies with the terms and conditions set forth by their mobile operator and the laws of their country.
SMS Viking bears no responsibility for any consequences arising from the user's failure to adhere to these terms and conditions or legal requirements.
Users understand and agree that any issues, disputes, or liabilities arising from their relationship with their mobile operator are to be resolved solely between the user and the mobile operator, and SMS Viking shall not be party to such matters.
Viking SMS reserves the right to terminate a user's access to the service under certain conditions, such as breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Any disputes between a user and Viking SMS will be handled through an established dispute resolution process.
Viking SMS reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be informed of any changes through the app or via email.
The Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Viking SMS operates.

VikSMS.io reserves the right to terminate Application-to-Person (A2P) SMS services over their allocated number(s) at any time, with or without cause or notice to the user. In such an event, VikSMS.io shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or inconvenience incurred by the user as a result of the termination of A2P SMS services. The user acknowledges and agrees that VikSMS.io retains sole discretion in determining the continuation of A2P SMS services and shall not be obligated to provide justification for such termination. Additionally, for as long as the number is active on the VikSMS.io application, we reserve the right to terminate A2P SMS services over the number at our discretion.
